Phase 3 supported Oaklea with the development of the Learning and Development module in iTrent. This has supported both employees and Team Managers to ensure employees face to face training and e-learning remains compliant for CQC purposes and without the support from Phase 3 this would not have been possible.
Phase 3 initially devised a strategic plan with the HR team at Oaklea to design and implement the Learning and Development module. A bespoke KPI training report was built in Business Objects linking this to the Learning module and once employees had been booked on a scheduled training course and then attended the course; the employee was assigned the ‘skill’, which updated the KPI report. This has proved essential in the business and is used on a regular basis to support Manager’s.
Phase 3 also supported Oaklea with the development module in iTrent, which has enabled automated P&A reminders and uploading of documents. The life cycle of this for each employee is every 12 months and at 6 month’s for new employees during their probation period. Without the support and expertise from Phase3 the automated process for Oaklea’s P&A cycle would not have been possible.
Finally, Phase 3 have devised NMDS reports for the HR team upload to the Skills for Care website every month. This enable our organisation to reclaim money for training courses from local providers. The report that Phase 3 built for NMDS purposes was a extremely lengthy report and was an exercise that took a great deal of time. Phase 3 have the knowledge within their team to support organisations with complex reports.
Oaklea continue to work with Phase 3 who I’d highly recommend with report building and iTrent implementation and problem solving.
