#WOTW: Evidence-Based HR (“EBHR”) – fits the label. EBHR is the evidence-based practice of HR to solve the usual problems that we might otherwise solve using techniques that risk being too individual in our understanding. We should ask “what’s the evidence?” and make sure our decisions and actions are based on empirical data. Sources of that data might be our own experience, that of the organisation or other organisations, stakeholder perspectives, research and study.
