Work with us in practice

 

You can expect us to start by asking you what matters to you most and working out with you a plan to support your aims. We may suggest an initial scoping meeting and/or phone-call, in order best to assess the support we can provide. Please contact us if you would like to explore your options with Phase 3 in this way.

 

We can present you with outline proposals and place one or consultant out with you and your team. In many cases, you are provided with an indicative number of days work to be undertaken, which plan remains under your control as we review progress. We find our ResourceLink clients appreciate the commitment and longevity of a lead consultant – whether work is for an intense period of implementation or as a lighter-touch relationship of “critical friend”. Working with more than one Phase 3 consultant can prove an ideal solution, as we work closely together to complement differing specialisms. We may suggest niche skills are provided too, for example in respect of data migration or business intelligence.

 

The Phase 3 internal team work with an associate network, which allows us to afford you both breadth and depth of skills and a range of talent. This approach has worked well for our clients to date and over 11 years of partnerships working with ResourceLink and associated legacy products.
