Working with us

 

We believe that scoping matters. In practice, this means that you can expect us to start by suggesting an initial meeting or phone-call to assess the best support we can provide. Each organisation will receive an outline of the service that addresses what matters to you most. Where a requirement is straight-forward, we will act quickly to find the expertise you need. Retained consultancy clients can call upon their consultants at short notice at any time.

 

In many cases, you are provided with an indicative number of days work, which plan remains under your control as we review progress. Depending on the scale of your ambitions for iTrent and the nature of your organisation, we find the appropriate combination of hands-on application consultants, strategic consultants and/or business intelligence experts. Please note that the Phase 3 approach does not distinguish the role of trainer – training we believe is best achieved by those same subject experts and in a flexible way. We focus on continuity and consistency and we will manage the consultancy teamwork that larger projects may require.
