Phase 3 have provided consultancy support to Merton for a number of projects. The consultants provided were knowledgeable and professional and we were totally satisfied with solutions they delivered.
I would not hesitate to recommend P3C as their consultants had a clear understanding of the business issues around payroll, HR and analytics

I would just like to thank you and your team for the recent training course you ran covering BI query and reporting. As you know, we had a diverse group with mixed levels of knowledge, but the training was pitched at the correct level for everyone.
Kenny, the trainer, did a particularly good job in getting the subject across and maintaining the interest levels of the group. I look forward to arranging our advanced training very soon, so that we can build on the skills we have recently acquired.

We have enlisted the services of Phase 3 Consulting on a number of post implementation aspects of a new Midland Trent HR/Payroll system. On each occasion the quality of the consultant provided has been very good and the organisation of the consultancy days by Phase 3 was excellent.
As a result, we will not hesitate to call on Phase 3 for our future requirements on Midland Trent and Business Objects training/support.

"We use Phase 3 Consulting (Phase 3) for our Northgate ResourceLink consultancy requirements. Phase 3’s quality of work is excellent, they only provide consultants with a high level of knowledge and skills that are able to answer all questions and where appropriate provide clear and practical examples. The advantage of having one consultant per project ensures continuity and high level of familiarity with the organization’s systems and processes avoiding the need to re-familiarize new consultants, saving both time and money.
Phase 3 are cost effective, there are no hidden costs. They would agree an appropriate timescale for the project and only charge for the days used. Booking time with the consultant is very easy and straightforward with a great deal of flexibility to change days to suit our needs where necessary. They are by far more affordable and very often have more practical knowledge than consultants from the suppliers.
Phase 3 obtain feedback both from the consultant and clients throughout the project. The consultants they provide are excellent communicators that explain resolutions clearly and concisely. There have been times where quite complex resolutions were difficult to understand and Phase 3 consultants were able to offer an alternative method of explanation to gain a better understanding of the issue involved. The Phase 3 representative is always at hand to discuss any issues; we always receive a polite and courteous service.
Using Phase 3 has been very beneficial for the organization in providing solutions to complex issues saving both time and resources. Not only do they deliver on the project, but also ensure that skills are transferred providing training to staff where necessary. Phase 3 consultant’s knowledge of the system allows greater flexibility of using the software with an alternative approach to existing methods. Without us gaining this knowledge we would not be able to see the benefits the system is capable of".

"We use Phase 3 Consulting for our Northgate HR Reporting (ResourceLink/Cognos) requirements after being referred to them by another University. The consultant we used was very professional, courteous and punctual (he arrived at the office before I did)! ) We achieved more in one morning than I had previously had experience of from other Cognos consultants in a day. In addition he shared some resources with me that will be very beneficial for training up other staff. The staff at Phase 3 Consulting made the whole process very straightforward and I can think of nothing that could have been improved upon. On top of all this we found Phase 3 Consulting’s fees very competitive"

Phase 3 Consulting have provided a Consultant who has in depth Resourcelink experience and is able to work well within the Project Team and the business unit. He offers good hands on experience, creative solutions and guidance, having 'been there, done that'. He was able to familiarise himself very quickly with the current system set up and hit the ground running.
Working with Phase 3 has been easy. We gave them our requirements, which were for a specific role within the Project Team and Phase 3 were able to offer a number of candidates. Thereafter, bringing the consultant on board and progressing the project has taken very little effort. We have also found this to be a cost effective solution.

Alison Duke ICT Manager Housing 21

|
Although Housing 21 have only recently appointed a ResourceLink consultant through Phase 3, our relations was established approximately 18 months prior. In this time Phase 3 developed and maintained a consistent but low profile (ie not a hard sell or harassing approach) relationship with Housing 21. This approach was very helpful in terms of building a picture of our organisation so that when we were ready to move forward on our project, matching suitable candidates to our specification demonstrated a clear understanding of our requirements which made the selection process a straightforward process.

"We used Phase 3 Consulting for assistance with reporting and merge document projects within the Northgate solution PSenterprise and Cognos. We had two different consultants for the separate projects, and found them both to be very good. They both had excellent knowledge of the functions required - additionally the consultant provided for the reporting project displayed a great deal of patience when showing me the various steps needed to learn catalogues and reporting! The consultant for the merge document project was equally as helpful, although this project was one for him we wanted done without our input. Both projects were completed on time and for the agreed figure. Booking dates was very easy and straightforward with a great deal of flexibility to change days to suit us when required.
Phase 3 Consulting's fees are very competitive as well!
With the completion of our projects we have been able to run complicated Cognos reports on various subjects, such as ethnicity and absence, and have been able to create new tables in PSE and add them to our Cognos reporting capabilities. We have also been able to produce complicated merge documents (saved into Word documents) showing all data held on each employee. Both consultants have saved me a great time of time and have enabled me to continue to build my own knowledge of both PSE and Cognos.
Phase 3 were always available via phone or email and the whole process was very easy for me to co-ordinate. I would definitely recommend them for any Northgate HR projects and will certainly use them again when I can”

Terry Goodwin Project Manager Atos Origin ME

Phase 3 Consulting were contracted in by National Banks outsourcing partners Atos Origin Middle East to provide a Gap Analysis and business case for the implementation of Oracle eAM. This included a Project Scope to discuss the extent of the deployment of eAM (which features) throughout the company's operations (who is effected) and what data can or might be migrated to the new system with the principal sponsors and managers, a Project Charter to perform a formal project planning workshop with principal sponsors, managers and some end users.- defines scope, critical business requirements, risks, resources, timing, and other implementation requirements.
A Business Requirements Assessment was then undertaken to compare the Oracle eAM features to the future/current client processes for maintenance and asset management activities. We also assessed the users/managers needs and compare to the eAM solution. We met with each of the principal users of eAM including maintenance managers, planners, supervisors, inventory and purchasing (supply chain) managers to formulate or define their requirements.
Phase 3 Consulting completed an assessment and scoping document formulated into a project charter. We also completed a project plan including phases, tasks, personnel and timing. This Oracle eAM scope/gap analysis was completed on time and within budget.
“I would have no hesitation in recommending Phase 3 Consulting for any Oracle eAM project (or any project at all) as they saved us tremendous amounts of time and money. Their professionalism was a joy to behold and they treated us like human beings. Great job”!!
